Festival is held through June 21st to june 25th 2003. Due to the various styles of headliners the venues are chosen accordingly: Tbilisi Philharmonic Concert Hall, Tbilisi Opera House and Adjara Music Hall.
Headliners are: Incognito (UK), The Kenny Garrett Quartet (USA) and Take 6 (USA). Besides that four local bands are going to perform..
